    We welcome all real estate agents and brokers to our site! Whether you specialize in home sales or rentals we hope that you will find it convenient, time saving and profitable to bring us new tenants, rental property owners, as well as recent home buyers, many of whom may have either closed early on their prior home or find that their new home is behind schedule. There is also a consistent market of future home buyers coming here to select a home and of course needing short term rentals.

    Please take a moment to peruse our site and view the ever growing number of properties we offer. We know that time can be both your best friend as well as your worst enemy and we hope our site will allow you and your clients to save a great deal of time finding the property they are looking for; instead of wasting countless hours driving around looking at properties!

    Though you may very well be able to select properties for your clients on your own; spending time doing so; then taking your clients to them, tends to defeat the main purpose of our site. We would encourage you to let your clients browse through our properties before you take to the road! Of course we would advise that you call us with their name first; since we fully protect all agents and brokers. Once their name is on file; they can best find the rental they are looking for on our site and you will receive your commission from any rental that ensues.

    You'll find our commission schedule very amenable. We charge 15% for annuals, 20% for seasonals, and 20% for 6 month or more rentals, 25% for 3 to 5 months; up to a 30% commission for 1 and 2 month rentals. If you find the customer and handle the contract, entry, keys, etc. you get a full 50% of the commission generated. You still get 25%, whenever you refer someone to us! Should you refer a property owner, you receive 25% of the total commissions generated from every property they place on our site! Gold Star properties generate an extra 5% commission into the total commission pot; so it's not only smart for your landlords to Gold Star their properties (which help them rent quicker!); it also generates more commission for yourself and STR!

    Though we feel that we (and you!) fully deserve these higher commissions; we feel it's best to explain just why we do! We feel that it is quite fair for a true short term need tenant to pay the slightly higher monthly (or weekly) rental fee since the property owner is in fact taking their property off the market for the length of the rental period. This higher rental fee does in fact return a monthly rental fee that the property owner is pleased with, while also earning us, the higher commission rates we require.
